Over the past five years, my work with forest coaches has led to the establishment of a successful coach hire business. In collaboration with the founder, owner, and operator, we have overcome several challenges and implemented effective solutions.

One of the key contributions was enhancing the business's online visibility through Google My Business, which was achieved by utilizing Google Workspace. This resulted in increased website traffic and improved customer engagement. Additionally, by addressing issues related to website domains and conflicting websites, we were able to ensure a seamless user experience, eliminating confusion and frustration for customers.

Furthermore, a significant achievement was realized by implementing Google Voice, which replaced expensive VOIP systems and phones. This resulted in substantial cost savings for the business. By setting up a shared mailbox, we also achieved cost reductions on Google Workspace subscriptions.

My technical assistance to Chambers of Tam Latymer for over five years has been instrumental in resolving and continuing to resolve their technological needs. By providing onsite and remote IT support, I've helped to ensure the smooth operation of the company.

One significant project I managed was implementing Microsoft 365, which allowed the business to save money and facilitate remote working and online collaboration. I've also resolved technical issues with computers, printers, and Wi-Fi, and installed and implemented new hardware to ensure smooth technological integration and security.

For 8 years, I've provided Google Workspace to "Regain Hearing." Their employee count grew from 4 to 30 and 9 locations. My IT support has been instrumental in their growth from a startup to a substantial operation. Consulting services have also been provided to optimize the use of Google Workspace for various processes.
